Jim was right, you don't have a medium digesting protein (egg or milk protein isolate) AND Jym does list the breakdown on the front of the tub, if it says 24 grams of protein, it is made up of 8.5g of whey, 7.75g of micellar casein, and 7.75g of milk protein isolate. If you take one serving of each protein, you get 24-25g of protein. Who cares about the percentage that is actually protein, if you are still getting 24-25 from EITHER tub? I guarantee the extra 12g of real vanilla bean and other flavors will blow urs out of the water. You're also basing this off a facebook comment Jim made. Also, who knows if he is listing source or yield proteins? He is probably listing yield proteins because that is what matters. Jim's numbers add up. Your video doesn't.

Can I instead take this immediately after my workout? Will I still get the same exact benefits? I IF so I don't have much time to play with as far as spacing this out.

I use to buy there products and stopped for a long time because I had to stop training. I forgot all about them and recently was looking for a legit source that doesn't underdose there stuff like most of them do and I've always trusted NUTRABIO. Not sure how I forgot about them shit. This guy takes his stuff serious and I like how he proves it in this video. I'm buying from these guys soon from now on. I know what I'm getting with them.

Protein is all the same just a name on the container. It all does the same work no matter how many grams the containers say protein is protein. The government allows them to put certain ingredients in. So what’s the point of this video?

And then there are companies in India that use your lables to make fake products with all kinds of cheap garbage (u won't even know if it has any protein in it) in the world, claim that they are a wholesale distributor of ur product and can give it to consumers at a 40% discount. While their manufacturing costs are probably 5 dollars. 🤣 @Nutrabio u've gotta do something about these companies.

I use leg day .. love it. The carbs are great when I am dieting and going low carb... low carb workouts Suuuuuck.. I use legday only on my lifting days and remain low carb for all other meals.. has helped me a ton.. noticed no weight gain.. still dropping but at least now I have energy in the gym.. even a preworkout wasn't helping until I added leg day.
